Meet Marquita
I’m a holistic nurse coach passionate about helping millennial women stop running on empty and start living in overflow.
Like so many women, I spent years giving everything to work, family, and obligations — until I realized you can’t pour from an empty cup. That’s why I created Life Tea Coaching: to guide women in creating balance, restoring energy, and building lives rooted in self-care and abundance.
At Life Tea Coaching, I help you:
- Clarify your vision and set goals that fit your real life
- Build routines that nourish your mind, body, and spirit
- Stay consistent with compassionate accountability
I am a life long educator, content creator, nurse, wife, and mom with a love of butterflies, travel, delicious food, and most importantly my family.

She took the time to listen to my concerns and explain any terminology that was unfamiliar and never made me feel like I should already know what it meant. She also worked with me to decide the best course of action for what I may want moving forward while leaving room to alter any decision I may decide to change later.
